Our trial subscription is an unlimited access free trial for 14 days. You can cancel at any time during your trial and you won't be charged.

Why do I need a payment method to start a free trial?

We ask for a payment method to ensure you don't have any interruption in access to HedgeMind service after the free trial.

What payment methods are accepted by HedgeMind?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also sign up using PayPal. We do not accept payments via prepaid card, cash or check.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it no later than 24 hours before the end of your subscription period.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, simply email us at hmsupport@hedgemind.com with “End Subscription” as your email subject.

What’s your refund policy?

Subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following your cancellation, however, you will still have access to HedgeMind service through the end of your current paid subscription period.
